This website is an effort to digitally collect and share my articles, columns, and other openly published documents. Initially my goals are to include:

1. My published dissertation in multiple formats (PDF only for now)
2. My 1997-2008 articles for TCEA’s TechEdge magazine
3. My 1992-93 Fulbright research on Latin American security issues
4. My published books and book chapters

In addition, I’ll try and include electronic versions of other articles I’ve written which are listed on my vitae if I have or can obtain permission to digitally redistribute those works.
